Monday kicks off Bike to Work and School Week!! Get out on your bike - ride to work, to school, to appointments, to do your errands - any trip where you can leave the car at home and choose two wheels instead. And while you're at it, drop in to some of our favourite local food and beverage spots for some killer deals.
These specials require proof of pedaling so make sure to wear your helmet and have your bike nearby!
It's May and the weather is beautiful. It's time to get in the garden and time to get out on your bike! Bike to Work and School Week is coming up and we're gearing up for a great week. With an amazing 16 teams and 164 riders registered, we’ve collectively cycled over 4,000 km’s and saved 852 kg of Green house Gases from going into our air! Yeah, a big hand to everyone ~ thank you, and we hope you had a great week!

It’s the weekend and we are in the home stretch ; ) For those of us that aren’t cycling to work grab your bike instead of your car and take a spin to run your errands, meet up with friends, and take a ride on the River Valley or Fox Mountain trails.
