Bike to Work with Ryan Walter, former NHL Player & President of Abbotsford Heat
Bike to Work with Ryan Walter on Wednesday, May 29 between 7-9 am in Abbotsford. LifeCycles and Ryan Walter will be leading a Bike Ride on this morning, and all Abbotsford residents are invited to join the ride. The ride will consist of a route that has several opportunities for people to join in where it’s most convenient for them. The ride will stop by a Celebration Station at Abbotsford Hospital where you can enjoy free snacks and free bike safety checks provided by Caps Bicycles. So come on out and meet Ryan Walter and give Biking to Work a try! This is a perfect opportunity for those who are new to cycling to give it a try with a large group of people.

2013-Nanaimo Pre-BikeToWork events...
Tuesday, the 14thof May. North-end Community Ride. We’ll be leaving from the Chapters/Starbucks area at 5 pm, so get there in plenty of time to be ready to go on a roughly 10 km ride.
Friday, the 24th of May. Community ride and Commuter Challenge. Meet at Diana Krall Plaza after work to cheer on the commuter challenge participants arriving at about 5:15, then we’ll be leaving about 5:30 for a 10 km ride which we are not calling a critcal mass ride.
