CONGRATULATIONS TO US ALL!!!

Hey all you MACKENZIE BIKERS!                 

Just want to congratulate you all for biking your arses off ALL LAST WEEK!  High-fives all ‘round!!!  I’m super proud of all of you that chose to make a difference for your health, your pocket books and the environment.  For some of you this was no different than any other week, because you frequently commute by bike once the snow melts…extra fist pumps to you folks!!  For others of us, this week was a good kick-start to get us thinking more about using alternate means of getting about our town.    Read on...

Try http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/ for mapping your distance

Sun. June 1 is the last day for 'loggable trips' but you can finish inputting your distances this week. Try http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/  if the ‘Quick Route Log’ is vexing you (in the ‘Log a Trip’ part), or you'd rather take the scenic route.  It is super easy to map your route / get your distance from.

Logging in your trips

Remember that you can log in trips to school, the post office, drugstore, Rec Centre, Health Clinic, your cousin Becky you're meeting for coffee, trail rides and triathlon training rides! (GO Mackenzie Triathlon Club!).  Basically anytime you're in motion, sporting a helmet and riding a 2-wheeler, THAT's a trip worth logging in on your site and increasing your chances at prizes...woohoo!
