Bike to Work

During Bike to Work week why not give yourself some extra time to stop by a Celebration Station on your way to work, enjoy a free snack and meet other bike commuters…

Each morning there will be Celebration Stations in various locations around the valley and our friends at The Eagle 97.3FM will be broadcasting live from a different location each morning to share in the excitement and help cheer on the commuters!

Registration is now open for Bike to Work Week 2013 (May 27th - June 2nd), please enter your details and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw for a fantastic Kona Dew commuter bike courtesy of  Simon’s Cycles in Comox! 

In mid-June we will put all of the team names (who have entered their results) into a draw (teams with only one member included) – and contact the winning team, then we’ll set up a secondary draw at that workplace as part of a ‘coffee break’ party – we bring the bike and some goodies and conduct the draw onsite with a photo op for the paper.

If you are a team of one….we will show up and present you with the bike!

The 6th annual Comox Valley Bike to Work Week is set to run from May 27th to June 2nd 2013 and preparations are under way to make this year even more fun and succesful than previous years.
